** PUMPKIN SMOOTHIE **
Makes 2 smoothies.
Ingredients
* 1 cup pumpkin puree
* 1 small frozen banana
* 1 cup vanilla almond milk (substitution: regular milk and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla)
* 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
* 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
* Sweeteners: 1/4 cup maple syrup or 1/4 cup packed brown sugar (or sugar substitute)
* Optional Spices: pinch ginger, cloves, and/or nutmeg
* Optional Boost: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Directions
* Place everything in blender, and blend.
* THAT'S IT! Enjoy some healthy pumpkin heaven to go, and DRINK FRESH! :)
